Hello and welcome. I am Cassie Garofalo, Venue Director for the Elsinore Woman’s Club. My role is simple and focused. I lease our beautiful historic clubhouse for your special occasions and make the rental process clear from start to finish. From your first inquiry, I will answer your questions, explain our policies, confirm availability, and schedule a tour so you can see the space in person.
When you are ready to reserve, I will prepare your agreement, outline fees and deposits, and provide a straightforward timeline for payments and required documentation. Before your event, I will coordinate building access, review venue guidelines with you, and verify that the space is clean, prepared, and compliant with safety standards. On the day of your event, you and your vendors manage setup, timeline, and decor. I ensure the building is opened on time, in the condition promised, and ready for your celebration, then I return for closing and the final walkthrough.
If you are looking for a welcoming, well-kept historic venue with a simple, transparent rental process, you are in the right place. Your rental also supports the Elsinore Woman’s Club and our community service programs. I look forward to helping you secure the perfect date and making your experience easy and professional.
Gather your favorite people in a place that already feels like home. The Elsinore Woman’s Club offers a warm, welcoming venue with classic charm, polished wood floors, and sunlight that pours through vintage windows. Every rental directly supports our service projects for Lake Elsinore and the surrounding valley. Your celebration helps fund scholarships, domestic violence support, arts and education programs, health and wellness initiatives, and care for our environment.
